1. Standard Rates: For shipments from Miami, USA, to Georgetown, Guyana, our standard rate is $660 GYD per pound, with an additional $990 per package fee.

2. Handling Charges: - Handling charges are weight dependent:

• 1 to 5. Pound - 1.09 USD / $240

• 6 to 10. Pound- 2.54USD / $560

• 11 to 16. - 3.09 USD / $680

• 17 pounds - up - 5.09 USD / $1,120

3. Flight Schedule: We offer two weekly flights:

Flight #1 - Monday Clearance:

• Cut-off Time: Cargo must be in the warehouse by Friday at 11:30 am.

• Available for Pick-up: Your shipments will be ready for pick-up on Wednesday.

Flight #2 - Thursday Clearance:

• Cut-off Time: Cargo must be in the Warehouse by Tuesday at 12 pm.

• Available for Pick-up: Your cargo will be available for pick-up on Friday.

4. Hazardous Items: - Charges for hazardous items are assessed based on UN fees and the dangerous goods class upon receipt at our Miami warehouse.

5. Consolidation of Cargo: - Consolidation is available for in-house purchases and generally takes approximately 3 weeks to arrive after the last package's deliver

6. Insurance: - Insurance is available at a minimum rate of $100 GYD for every $100 USD of the item's value. Claims can be processed when the customer has opted for insurance and provides an invoice for the shipment. Insurance claims typically take 5-7 business days to be processed. To opt in for insurance on a shipment, please notify our office BEFORE shipping the items to Guyana via email or by contacting our local office.

7. Fraudulent Websites: - We do not purchase items from fraudulent websites. Such websites are automatically blacklisted, and we do not assume the associated risks.

8. Delivery Status: -A package is considered “delivered” when it has been received by our warehouse and assigned a Warehouse Receipt

9. Transit Time: -time from Miami to Guyana is estimated to be 4-7 days after the cargo has been received and assigned a Warehouse Receipt number.

10. FOS Account Number: - Your (Number) is a vital component of your shipping details. The customer is required to include this on every package. For packages that do not have a number attached, a fee of $10usd will be charged.
